Are you talking about the voice he's had since the 9th season? It sucked at first, but I love it now. I like it better then his old voice.
Just go to youtube and find a DP episode to hear it.

His new voice was actually in the Mewtwo special movie. I forget the name now because they have only aired it 2 times and it has not aired since. WPM has it in his news archive. If he still has it since the site crashed back in March-April of this year.
