there's definitely a chance for it being busted but i think a lot of things have to go right for it to work out. even if it does, building a deck around that kind of mechanic might not have the pace to keep up with the fast decks of today

maybe in a slower meta where you have time to set up multiple peonias AND multiple chanseys, while still having something in the active to tank hits + deal adequate damage, this would work
