I dont know which one you are referring to. None of the japanese promos had it, none of the main Arceus or their X have it. Which Arceus?
It is now called Omniscient.
To clarify:
A simple name change to the card and nothing more. Here is its picture if you need clarification. (It's also getting a tin edition.)
It's also a Poke-Body, not an attack (albeit it lets it use the attacks of any other Arceus).
