Strategy Anything Goes- Is it competitive?

What do you think? Has anyone played in that metagame?
For anyone who is not familiar with it, Anything Goes is a new tier made after the the release of Mega Rayquaza and it is a metagame where you can use any Pokemon you want, any items and you can even use the same Pokemon twice or more on the same team (e.g team of 6 Magikarps is real).
I really can't think of it as a competitive metagame though. Without rules there is just a mess. What do you think?

I wouldn't exactly call it competitive tbh. I mean, sure, I understand why some people like it: you get to use whatever Pokémon you want, without any kind of restrictions or anything.
But there's the issue, because even though I haven't played in the tier myself, I'm inclined to think it's a very centralized metagame, not only because M Rayquaza is in it, but because you can have multiples of the same Pokémon.
