Each of your stage one pokemon is now a (insert type) pokemon in addition to its existing types.

So say i have a flareon and vaporeon in play would my vespiqueen (or any other stage 1) have a fire water and (whatever type the stage one is)?

Yes, any Stage 1 becomes a dual/triple/quadruple/quintuple type depending on what you have out, this includes stage 1 GX Pokémon to! There's also a Jolteon that has the same ability as the Flareon and Vaporeon for a possible three extra types, then if you have a dual type stage 1 you could theoretically have five types on it.

That would obviously be overkill as you would really only want to put out the one that gives you the weakness advantage, but it's fun to think about.
