Ampharos PT+Miasma Valley?

So I was thinking maybe you could use Ampharos (PT) and Miasma Valley (PT) together to create a power-lock deck (I can't think of that many decks built around {G} or {P} pokémon for powers (obviously, Uxie and Azelf are great exceptions). Since most decks do rely on powers, could this be a viable tech in any decks? Could a deck be built around this, maybe with Absol Prime (2 damage counters on opponent's basics) or a spread deck? Let me know what you think, because I can't see any problem with this being a successful rogue!
 
Well yeah, great idea except that the only powers people really rely on are uxie and azelf. Luxchomp can set up alot faster than you can, and so can most things honestly.
 
Unless they had DGX out. I just see a lot of holes in this strategy, although if you don't live in a big DGX area it could be okay.
 
Yeah, it's surprising, I haven't seen too much DialgaChomp around here. It's mostly LuxChomp and sometimes some more rogue-y SP decks.
