D DNA Goodbye, everyone. I'll miss you all. Advanced Member Member Nov 21, 2010 #2 The answer is no. The mandatory effects (Eye of Disaster) happen before the optional ones (Set Up). Absol puts 2 damage counters on Uxie, preventing it from using Set Up due to Ampharos' Damage Volt.
