Ruling Ampharos Prime -vs- Rain dance

Ok, so I was sitting here thinking. Amphy primes effect states that when your opponent attaches an energy to a pokemon, put 1 damage counter on that pokemon. So does that mean with Feraligatr's Primes rain dance, for each energy attached, its 10 damage?

Each time you attach an energy card using Feraligatr Prime's poke-power, you place one 1 damage counter on the Pokemon that receives the energy.~Mark

To add to that:
Ampharos Prime's Poke-Body covers ANY energy attached from the hand, regardless if it's the 1-per-turn energy or attached via Poke-Powers or Poke-Bodies. 1 damage counter is placed for each energy attached from the hand.
