I would say that playability-wise, it's a 5/10.
Pros: Huge HP
Heavy Ball and Heavy Boots compatible
Very useful GX Attack that deals (often) 1-shot damage and moves all the Energy you want around
Sniping Attack
Cons: Weak to Fairy
Overpriced second attack
Probably evolves from a really fragile Basic, and we've lost Propagation
