If Ampharos's poke-body is activated when Golduck has 10 hp left (rather than rainbow energy), then who gets the choice of the effect -- the Ampharos player or the Golduck player?

Since it would be the player with Golduck's turn, that player gets to decide the order of effects. If they wanted, they could do Golduck's Poke-Body first which will heal it then choose to do Ampharos's Poke-Body.~Mark
