"All-Over" Holo Lickilicky?

I just pulled a holo Lickilicky, and the entier card is holo (the picture, the border, attacks, etc). Is it the same for all Lickies? Or did I pull an error?

It's a regular holo, but the holo is all over the eintier card just like a Lv. X

rare holo cards in SW are holo the whole card..... just so you all know

It is just a regular holo, I have cards like that from DP, SW and MD...

All right, thanks guys. And I don't think that all the SW holos are like that, considering my Gardys, Gallades, Lugia, etc arn't like that.
