I've been testing this deck a little more than I should. But quite honestly it is a completely different mind set of playing. The idea of the deck is to loose at the start. You want the opponent to take knockouts and then use N and Ace Trainer -- at every turn the trainer should disrupt the opponents hand.
Battle Compressor is a necessity in the deck. The reason why battle compressor is a necessity is because of Fossil excavation. Fossil excavation is pretty good. The trainer will want to battle compress two fossil cards into the discard and continually use excavation. Battle compressor also thins the deck. The more you thin the deck the more likely you will hit Aerodactyl.
The card I don't like in the deck is ultraball. Yes, ultraball in this deck really doesn't do much. The way the trainer wants to thin is through battle compressor. And putting extra cards on the bench is a bit of the risk. The bench should run very lean as the deck will rely on Aerodactyl for most the attacking. With proper thinning and N at your side, the trainer will start hitting the cards needed late game.
Random Receivers work pretty well. As you are battle compressing into the deck you can leave your deck with exactly what you want.
(For instance: If I have an BC, OAA, and RR in my hand. I can compress 1 OAA into the discard, and Lysandre, Delquint. Now my chances of hitting the supporter I'm interested in are pretty high. Usually, I'm interested in one of those 7 supporters at any moment of the game.)

I'm not totally set on Lugia being the best friend possible in this situation. Though expensive, he can put some really needed upfront pressure on EX's. He also works as a great meat shield. I've been pondering the idea of using robo sub. But, shrugs, I don't know if I want another item card in my deck. Zoroark might also be a good a play too.
The deck runs fast, on first turn I've been able to get up to 3 Aerodactyl's on my bench. However, it does not always happen, sometimes I just need to be patient, and usually the deck will start mounting a combat by picking off Shaymins around my second prize card lost. To my surprise though, every time I run it with Omer... I always play against decks that don't run shaymins exs. However, if I run it without Omer, all the decks I play against run Shaymins. Quagmire...I don't like Omer. I get more Aerodactyls out faster by running it with Fossil Excavation. Again, Fossil Excavation is really really good with BC. You can achieve a huge first turn off fossil excavations. GL
