Its not going to censor the internet. Its just going to monitor your usage; where you go and what you do there. As long as you don't do anything questionable (like download copywritten material), you'll be fine. The internet service providers are the people that will be doing the monitoring, not the government.
Fixed. There's a major difference.Card Slinger J said:Sorry I tend to panic without thought when I feel something terrible is about to happen... >__>

Any fake games, hacks, etc. in the Pokemon fandom may be brought under scrutiny (this could include Pokemon Online). However, that's if and only if they get considered bootleg software for some reason or another.
The Fallen One said:There's that, which is one of my major concerns. Copyrighted material being banned from the internet without permission basically means an extreme limit on fanbases. Fanart, Fanfiction, etc.

Well...let's just say it won't be settled with a question and an answer.

Despite some serious attempts to crackdown on things such as piracy, copyright infringement, and product counterfieting, actually enforcing provisions of any treaty, international, and/or country-specific laws would take a lot of cooperation that will ultimately just prove to be more trouble than it's actually worth. Or that's the way I see it anyhow...
