Why do you have a 3-1 LuxrayGLX it should be a 2-2. BTS is useless because you have no Evolving pokemon Lv.X's Level Up not evolve. Energy returner can be helpful but it never really helps add 2 more conspiracy take out 1 Oak's new theory, great ball, EB (never use them in SP decks) add 2 more TGI Poketurn 2 more Collecters and get rid of the 2 LV.Max and add 2 TGI Pokespray.

i have broken time space for wen i superscoop up on absol x do use his power fast nd hopefully get rid of 6 cards in one turn. bts was why i won against my frend with this deck so im leaving it. and i have a 3-1 cuz i only have 1 x nd im not gona get another. i pulled it and im not paying 100 for another.
