Do I even need to explain who this is?

Okay Aladdin referance aside this team is sort of based off of N's Final Team in Black and White... with a few excpetions. So let's begin. Also it's good to be back.

Skarmory @ Leftovers
Nature: Careful (+ Sp.Def - Sp.Atk)
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP, 4 Def, 252 Sp. Def
- Spikes
- Whirlwind
- Roost
- Taunt
This Skarmory is mainly for set up and is rather special defensive. Spikes is Skarmory's main point of damage while Whirlwind drags out a Pokemon thus damaging it with Spikes. Roost is Skarmory's main (and only) recovery move while Taunt stops other Pokemon from setting up. It's an interesting and somewhat useful set.

Herracross @ Choice Scarf
Nature: Adament (+ Atk, - Sp.Atk)
Ability: Guts
EVs: 252 Atk, 4 HP, 252 Spd
-Megahorn
-Close Combat
-Stone Edge
-Sleep Talk
A rather unique set for a rather unique Pokemon for Ubers. Megahorn is great for Psychic and Dark types and it's a great move for Herracross in general. Close Combat is pretty good to. The only downside is it's Def and Sp.Def are lowered but that's something to look past. Stone Edge is great against Flying types and deals a nice chunk of damage to Pokemon that don't resist it. Sleep Talk is great way for Herracross to deal damage while it's asleep. Plus it still activates Guts.

Arceus @ Mind Plate
Nature: Modest (+ Sp. Atk, - Atk)
Ability: Multitype
EVs: 4 HP, 252 Sp. Atk, 252 Spd
-Psycho Shock
-Focus Blast
-Recover
-Calm Mind
This move set for Arceus seems to work pretty well for me. Psycho Shock is for STAB and for taking care of Posion and Fighting types. Focus Blast is Arceus' way for dealing with Dark types. Recover is it's main form of well recovery and Calm Mind boost it's already good Sp. Atk and Sp. Def by one stage and that can change the game.

Reshiram @ Choice Specs
Nature: Timid (+ Spd, - Atk)
Ability: Turboblaze
EVs: 4 HP, 252 Sp. Atk, 252 Spd
-Blue Flare
-Dragon Pulse
-Draco Meteor
-Flamethrower
The legendary N uses in Pokemon White. Reshiram is a great Special Attacker starting with the moves Fusion Flare and Dragonbreath when caught in Pokemon Black. This gives you a great oppertunity to give it the TM's for Flamethrower and Dragon Pulse both of which are really great moves. Draco Meteor is sort of like a Dragon type version of Hyper Beam except it's not as strong and lowers the users Sp. Atk. Blue Flare is Reshiram's signiture move along with Fusion Flare and is a great move in general. Perfect for the Vast White Pokemon.

Zekrom @ Choice Band
Nature: Jolly (+ Spd, - Sp. Atk)
Ability: Teravolt
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Atk, 4 Spd
-Bolt Strike
-Outrage
-Dragon Claw
-Fusion Bolt
The legendary N uses in Pokemon Black. It's basicly Reshiram excpet for physical attakcs. The reason for this Zekrom having both Bolt Strike and Fusion Bolt is, excpet for Wild Charge and Volt Tackle, most Electric attacks are special based. Outrage is Zekrom's best Dragon type move with Dragon Claw as a close second. With these moves almost nothing can beat the Deep Black Pokemon. Excpet Ice and Ground types that is.

Quagsire @ Leftovers
Nature: Careful (+ Sp. Def, - Sp. Atk)
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 252 HP, 4 Def, 252 Sp. Def
-Scald
-Yawn
-Encore
-Recover
This Quagsire is the support of this team. Scald deals decent damage and can cause a burn on anything that's not a Fire type. Yawn is for giving Quagsire a few turns to deal some damage. Encore is great for trapping opponets in moves that don't deal damage and Recover is for recovery.

Well that's it for this team. If you have any suggestions please post them. I will glady accept any and all ideas. I might have to give Zekrom Wild Charge just because it deals more damage and the recoil can be worth the damage the move deals.

I can see problems with using Skarmory as a lead. Many Deoxys run Taunt some will run Magic Coat instead making Skarmory almost useless right away and forcing a switch. This also lets them get a free Stealth Rock up.

Heracross having Sleep Talk just seems out of place. Once Heracross wakes up, you have to switch out. With the sheer power many of the Uber Pokemon have, that gets really costly. I really feel Earthquake would be a much better option. You are forced to switch out on Flying-Types, but it doesn't rely on your Heracross being put to sleep. It seems like you aren't exactly sure on how to handle Darkrai is why you decided to put Sleep Talk on Heracross, as that is the only major Pokemon that puts a Pokemon to sleep in Ubers.

Arceus shouldn't really be holding a Mind Plate because teams often carry multiple Pokemon that have ghost and dark type moves to already deal with Mewtwo and Wobuffet. Steel might not be a bad type for it to become so it takes less damage from dragons. It would also have immunity to Toxic Spikes and Toxic. Changing your nature to Timid is also something I would recommend so you can outpace Latias and Latios. Getting up a Calm Mind before they have a chance to attack you is very helpful. You could also drop the Speed EVs to 176 and put the remaining in Special Defense since 176 puts you at 352 Speed.

Team Problems:
-Scarf Kyogre will deal a lot of damage to you. It outpaces your entire team and hits for a load with Water Spout. Since none of your Pokemon have Pressure, you will be forced to try and endure a potential 8 Water Spouts in the rain. You will have to rely on entry hazards weakening Kyogre so its attacks become more managable.

-Dialga can survive almost any attack in the game. Since the weather won't be sunny unless the other player uses Groudon, expect Reshiram or Zekrom to get OHKO'd by Dragon Pulse or Outrage. It is a Speed Tie so be aware of that.

-Palkia hits most of your team hard as well and it is one of the most used Pokemon in Ubers. Between Spacial Rend and Fire Blast / Flamethrower, it is able to hit at least half of your team with double damage. It also boasts a base 100 Speed, making Arceus and Heracross the only things that outpace it if Palkia isn't holding a Choice Scarf. Quagsire's only hope against it is to burn it and hope not to get critted by Special Rend or Draco Meteor.

-Rock Polish Groudon is one of the biggest threats to this team. Arceus and Quagsire are able to take a hit unless you change Arceus to an Iron Plate item. Heracross isn't going to take Stone Edge that well either after Spikes or Stealth Rock it is in danger of being KO'd. Groudon will also outpace your entire team after Rock Polish making it able to easily defeat Zekrom and Reshiram.

-Ho-Oh is a medium level threat to the team. Heracross has to hope it can connect with Stone Edge for a KO. Quagsire takes a lot of damage from Brave Bird or Return since it can't burn Ho-Oh. The weather will likely be sunny if Ho-Oh is used due to Groudon being very common on a Ho-oh team. Combined with Ho-Oh's massive 154 base Special Defense and Scald barely hurts it. Zekrom can match its Speed, but if Zekrom doesn't move first, Earthquake will OHKO it.

Hope this helps you out a bit.

Thank you for those very helpful suggestions. I have taken them all into consideration and have made the changes you have suggested. Also I looked at the TM for Wild Charge and even with STAB Fusion Bolt is definatly a better move for Zekrom. To add to this I had a Manaphy on this team origanlly but it looked like it was better suited for being partnered with Kyorge or something with Rain Dance since it had Rest and Manaphy's ability is Hydration. Anyway all that aside thanks for the advice.

I might say change Quagsire's ability to Unaware, making all stat changes useless. Many Pokemon love to set up in Ubers rom past experiences. However, you do lose the ability to stop Scarf Kyogre in its tracks, and as stated by DE, is a big threat to your team. You may want to experiment with the idea, and if you like Water Absorb to take Kyogre well, then keep it as it is.
