Durant is too frail for the current format. he is ohko'd by too many threats. but I have thought about using Aggron. Super Scoop Up might be good some good cards to add:
4 of each hammer
4-2-4 Aggron
4 Rare Candy
4 Skyla
4 Super Scoop Up
3 Sableye to get back your scoops/Rare Candies/Catchers/Hammers (he is also frail but can be used wisely)
4 Pokemon Catcher (for stalling.)
you might opt for Fliptini but it is verry frail.

Those are my thoughts on what would make this deck better. good luck! Try expirementing with my suggestions

I would say 4-3-4 Aggron. You're gonna want to devo spray and then not have to rely on candy.

Forgot about Devolution Spray. yeah I highly suggest that in here somewhere.

I say add in a Darkrai EX in there somewhere. You need to be able to have free retreat in case of Catcher. That means switching a few Metal energy to Dark as well.

Not a bad idea, Ekklesia. but if you have 4 SSU you don't really have to worry about retreating but of course you could roll/flip tails so 2 Darkrai or 1 with some search method would be good.

Better yet, switch all of the {M} and Durant to {D} and Sableye. Sableye is what keeps your opponent locked own on the field so your opponent can't do much about Aggron. If you had Catchers, you could get back those along with hammers and Devosprays; it's really a lot more consistent than Aggron/Durant. Your Aggron line should be 4-3-3, but I think that was a typo. As for Super Rod, three is overkill, and two is borderline quirky. I would only run one, especially since you can now consistently get it out with Junk Hunt, but if two feels comfortable, then go for it. And speaking of Junk Hunt, I think 2 Random Receivers would be a good idea; again with Junk Hunt, you can get them out of your discard in case you dead draw.

-4 Durant
-1 Super Rod
-6 {M}
+3 Sableye
+2 Arron
+2 Random Receiver
+6 {D}

I believe SSU is rotated.

No, it is in BW.

I agree 100% that you need Sableye. And that you need need more Dark energy, if not all Dark. You won't want to be attacking with Lairon, or even Aggron. Too much invested energy in a card that's just going to be Devo. Sprayed and vulnerable the next turn if you ask me. Darkrai and Sableye eliminate the need for SSU I guess is what I'm going for. Sableye gets you back Devo. Spray when needed, along with Candies, Heavy Ball, Catcher, etc. You can slap on 3 Dark on Darkrai if you need really need attacking power also. So Dark energy has more use here over all.
