A legitimate complaint about the chat room.

I DO MY JOB DARN YOU! LIKE WHAT'S YOUR PROBLEM DUDE?! :p

You would notice that I have the highest kick count as of yet. Half of them are kicks from my scripts, of course, but I have never idled longer than three minutes as long I was on the chat. Ever since I managed to persuade WPM to give me HOP status, I always get on the chatroom whenever I am online. If I'm not physically there, I always type up a new script in remote that will allow some members to be kicked by other trusted members.

Miles is there for the plain job of logging, and Tyler is pretty much the logger now, so I don't know.

Anyway, Muffins should get the perma-ban for what he did. He knows the rules of the chat and to disobey them the way he did, he does deserve it. Krucifier deserves a ban as well as he said for continuing the war but it should only be temporary IMO.
 
He mustve been looking for trouble thinking he'd get away with it seeing as they werent any OPs at the time I dont think. I wasnt there so I dont know.
 
maybe he did it because he "knew" he´d get away with murder...(and for 45 mins he did).
i just joined finally the chat3 days ago...i´ve been talking to people i´ve never talked before because most of the time i only hang out in the Wi-Fi leagues...but it´s nice to meet other people (like Blazing Monkey)...i´ve seen the Op´s...i don´t know before...but they seem to be doing their job. i do think this shouldn´t have happened if somebody had stopped it before it scalated...as for Krucifier...he was just the victim of the moment...
 
He said what he said because he is friends with the "Thoys". You might know them as the guys that used to keep coming and spamming the chat till everyone on AOL got banned.

Silver: Please take measures to ensure that your account is secure, as everything that happens on it is your responsibility. Also, please do not speak like that on our forums, as there are younger members here. Consider this your warning.

Imperialdragon: Regardless of what someone else does, please be respectful of them.

Krucifier: Muffins was in fact given a permanent ban in the chat shortly after Krucifier's ban was given. I was in the process of reading the chat logs to figure out what had happened. Since you were banned first, you couldn't see the ban on Muffins.

DukeFireBird was not banned because he does not have a past history of this happening very much at all. You were banned because I had asked you many times before not to act that way in the chat and you continued during this particular outburst.

I have a nick alert in place in the chatroom in case something comes up. However, I happened to be away for about 10 minutes, and nobody else was around that could resolve the situation. The reality is that there will not always be someone there to watch over the chat. The fact of the matter is, at one point or another, there will be times where we cannot watch over what is going on in the chat. All we can do is to try to do the best we can to watch the chat as much as possible and still be able to live our lives outside of the Internet normally.
