Yes. When a Pokemon is KO(regardless of the way it dies), the opponent will always take a prize...
2. can you search your deck for a lv X card with pokeball or bebe's search (cause it just says pokemon and not basic or evolution)?
For a card to search for a Pokemon LV X, the card must either state "Search your deck for a Basic Pokemon or Evolution card" OR "Search your deck for a Pokemon". Examples to that are Celio's Network & Bebe's Search. If a card just states "Search your deck for a Basic Pokemon" OR "Search your deck for an Evolution card", you cannot search for a Pokemon LV X...
3. what does the last part of double rainbow energy mean? the " When the pokemon double rainbow energy is no longer an evolved pokemon, discard double rainbow energy." how can an evolved pokemon become a non evolved pokemon?
Through Devolution by using cards like Technical Machine TS-2 TACM, Omastar MD, Omastar PK & etc...

Actually, the card MUST say search your deck for a Pokemon. If it says search your deck for a basic pokemon or evolution Pokemon, you can't pull a Lv. X. because when it is in your deck it is considered a "level-up" card.

*sigh*

You CAN search for a Level X with a card that says "Basic Pokemon or Evolution card". This is a special provision made for pre-DP cards -- you should treat "Basic Pokemon or Evolution card" as meaning simply "Pokemon".

But it MUST STATE BOTH. One or the other does not work.
