Objective of the deck is to utilize golbat ability along with Po Town and tapu koko to accumulate damage counters on opponents pokemon and then use espeon to devolve them to KO the lower evolutions. Also this may slow down the oppnents and allow me to pout DCE on Tapu Lele GX to get OHKOs as well. Any insight would be great.

Decks that only run Basics or only attack with Basics (Volcanion, Turbo Dark) are less popular in the meta than things like Golisopod and Gardevoir certainly will be, and Decidueye and Garbodor currently are, but nevertheless you are stuck completely against Basic-heavy decks without getting use out of Po Town or Espeon-EX.

Why run the Bats at all versus just Tapu Koko? This Pokémon is a lot more efficient than the Bats: time to attack is less, requires fewer deck slots, has more HP and its attack would not be countered by Garbotoxin. Also, should your opponent have a full bench, you can get more damage counters placed with Tapu Koko vs. Bats too.

My idea was if i was 10 or 20 damage from a KO instead of gping another turn with tapu koko i could KO by using golbat ability followed by espeon ex attack to devolve it

This is little different idea, focusing on Using Gengar Creep show, plus Haunter's ability could be useful in critical situation. Also utilizing Drampa GX second attack to take advantage of Po Town hurting our own evolution pokemon seems to help combat decks that do not use evolutions themselves. Still just trying to messa round with it and see what works best, any more tips or thoughts id appreciatte.
