These decks are great for playing with friends and more casual players. A lot of us just want to build fun decks, so being able to get the cards for cheap is great. Will definitely pick up at least one.

Now seeing that it's the featured card in Jesper's deck, it's hard to argue against him.

The official street date is November 9th. Once they've been released, they'll be available most places that have a decent selection of Pokémon cards, both online and in store, such as toy stores, local game shops, big box retailers, etc.
