Ruling 2 Questions

1. The damage ONLY gets added to your opponent's active pokemon. Trevenant would do 90 to the Active Pokemon, but it would still only do 20 to the bench pokemon. (Which is why both cards say "to the opponent's Active Pokemon" on them.)

2. Yes, it would do 180 damage. When you're calculating damage done, if you add damage with a card (like PlusPower) it is always factored in BEFORE you apply weakness, whereas if you're subtracting damage (like with Defender) it is always factored in AFTER you apply weakness.

Thank you for the detailed and prompt reply, TPO3.

Also, is there any card that would make Trevenant hit 90 damage to the active Pokemon AND 50 damage to the benched players? I really wanna make Keldeo cry.

I can't think of any. All card printed in recent memory only apply the extra damage to the opponent's active Pokemon, because as you pointed out, adding damage to the bench too would be extremely powerful.
