(2) New Platinum Information, Server Move

That "Battle Recorder" thing seems really cool. I also think the new Battle Frontier seems interesting.
 
I am going to download this onto my R4, hopefully I will be able to get through the game without having to read.

I wonder what the animation is like with the back of the sprites.
 
You mean they have 2 back sprites
e.g. Infernape comes out with his Dp back sprites than lifts his arm and scratches

Like the front sprites?
 
did anyone notice on the last corocoro page shown, to the bottom left of the double page, i think it shows the store to buy it from when it comes out, theirs toys r us and 7 11? what you dont buy ds games from 711
 
I'm liking the Battle Frontier.
Although, it seems like there's fewer facilities this time around. Only 5. Battle Tower, A Battle Cathedral, Battle Dome, Battle Circus, and Battle Castle. I'd bet money that those end up being the names of the facilities.
Ugh... too much information to try and decipher...

i think the 7 11 thing is where you can get a promotion item like a part 1 walkthrough
 
Thanks for the heads-up on the server situation, WPM.

The new Platinium news is really cool. I like the new Wi-Fi additions, but the Underground we already knew. Maybe we could have a "Smash Service" for Pokemon Battles, given that you can upload battles via Wi-Fi. The new sprites and animations is cool, just as it was when Emerald gave us new sprites. Giratina and Shaymin are ordinary. Levitate/Serene Grace, etc. Maybe Shaymin's Sky Form could be a better Sp. Sweeper with Air Slash...:eek: Team Galactic will be a little harder maybe, so I'm looking forward to beating Cyrus more and more. :D

If you buy Platinum from 7-11, you will probably end of getting a Slurpee. And if you give a human a Slurpee, you have to give him a wet rage (*Give a Mouse a Cookie*) because he will spill it on his new DS game.
 
Is trading Pokemon still in or is that gone? In other parts it looks pretty sweet but as for the battle fronier goes it stinks because you can't use items during battle. I would do the battle frontier if I could use items during battle and that is why Iam not doing the battle tower in my D/P games.:)
 
LOL at 7-11 :p

I reckon the new GTS will be an online battling and trading centre, where you can battle nayone in the world. I just hope for you can put rules on it.
 
Will we be able to trade though? I hope so because all I have to do is migrate them after restarting my versions. Will Pal Park still be there also?:)
 
7/11 in japan is completely different from the american idea of 7/11. its also pokemon central, the main pokemon outlet for promotion and the like. you can buy almost anything pokemon related at 7/11s here! they are big, bright and clean stores with hot food and tons of pokemon! :D i hope to do an article about japanese 7/11 at some point soon.

Do hobos sleep outside of them? lol I wish I could buy cards at our 7-11, as it is about 5 minutes away, and our Target is like 15. And the Jap 7-11 sounds like a Hangout: just what we need to keep people off the streets.
 
I like the updated gaphics for battles. I'll have something to look at now. =/ I'm glad Shaymin will have different stats in its sky forme. Maybe it will be OU now. I doubt it will be uber unless they give it amazing stats or a larger movepool. I'll import it and put some guides/battles up on YouTube.
