Does anyone think that since they showed a lighthouse with the liberty ticket that it has something to do with the lighthouse on the left hand side you know near the red bridge. Personally think it's cute but odd and i can't wait to see it's typing and why it's 000 in the isshu dex. I do not think it's based off of new york.

No, I don't see what you mean. I understand that a portion of the Japanese population might have racial biases against whites (US citizens are not a separate race. You can't be "racist" against US people). But not knowing anything about a foreign country, which you were implying, is not racist. That has absolutely nothing to do with race at all. It's just disinterest or lack of education.
Anyways, back on topic....
I didn't want this thing to be legendary, and I think they will come out with a different "cute" legendary and this will just be a regular legendary.

It's just their sad way of not showing us the extent of the Isshu Dex. By making it #000, they avoid showing us the final number, like Manaphy was in Sinnoh. (Not sure if this was mentioned or not, in a bit of a rush here.)
