16 exs and 4 supporters across both sets. I think I assumed only one supporter SAR. But maybe I went too far with no. of exs it’s probably less like 12 so 182 actually sounds more reasonable
 
My opinion: The reshiram, zekrom and kyurem SARs should be illustrated as a connecting artwork. What do you think?

IF they do that i hope Akira Egawa illustrates them he has done some crazy artworks like the BOTH SV Charizard ex, crown zenith creation trio and arceus, and also some crazy cards in Pocket like the Sogaleo and Lunala EX rainbow borders.

Right on the money with Hilda. But yeah those new legendaries cards that just got revealed I think it's safe to assume we will get 7 SARs. My guess is 6 pokemon ex and 1 supporter, for each set

My guesses are:

Black bolt:
-Zekrom ex
-Serperior ex
-Meloetta (Aria) ex
-Krookodile ex
-Kyurem ex
-Coballion ex
-Hilbert

White flare:
-Reshiram ex
-Meloetta (Pirouette) ex
-Genesect ex
-Excadrill ex
-Haxorus ex
-Volcarona ex
-Hilda
 
Weird choice for the exs, in 151 all the starters got an ex, but only one of the legendaries. Plus Kyurem and Reshiram already got an ex.

The reveals are nice to see, Serperior being the only Starter to get an ex is irksome but other things about the set make up for it, especially the return of Inferno Fandango Emboar and Samurott getting a decent Ability (Shell Armor Samurott was terrible in BLW, it was terrible in LTR, and it was terrible in VIV despite boosting the damage block from 20 to 30).

The idea of every Unovan Pokémon getting an Illustration Rare is bothersome, especially with the way TPCi handled Secret Illustration Rares in Prismatic Evolutions. I really hope that the somewhat-decent pull rates from Journey Together (and hopefully Destined Rivals) remain for these sets when they’re released internationally.

Oh, and here’s hoping we get a reprint of Garbotoxin Garbodor and/or a reworked Ancient Power Archeops in this set.

I would be okay with never seeing Archeops again, to be honest. Not sure I want a Garbotoxin meta, either. But I, too, hope we get good pull rates!

i like egawas stuff but i feel like connected illustrations are best played in moderation. I'd rather have strong unique illustrations for each
