Typholsion's attack, "Evaporating Heat" states discard a "Water" energy attached to the Defending Pokemon. My question is if they have a DRE or Multi or Scramble "More Prizes at time" would I be able to discard it, as it states it it provides every type of energy?

If I have a Pluspower attached to a Shuppet (CG) and I use Ascension would it do 10 damage? If I use Banette (SW) Ghost Head attack and I have a Pluspower attached, would it do 10 + however many damage counters I placed on the Defending Pokemon?
