I Was Just Wornding How Can You Tell If You Pokemons IV Is A Certian Number

Roost is a move you can only get with in the fourth/third gen so thats why i had heal order and a spinner might work as well to get rid of entry hazards that annoy everyone

well i was thinking of a way to add this pokemon to my team but i did not know how well to build it but i was thinking of Hp: 252 Sp.d: 136 Attk:63 Def:63 and the moves Poison Punch, Earthquake, Drain Punch, Payback. But I Need other opinions so feel free to help

@ Tortonic The Ramdom Quick Attack because i dont know what over moves to give it and yes electrode has more defences but it can't cover its weakness that well and its special attack is lower.
