No, you only apply the final effects/damage of the attack on the Pokemon with Holon WP energy. For example, benched Pokemon caclulate the final damage of Black Magic, then the damage is applied. Either way you look at it, WP can't prevent actual damage in any way.

I doubt we'd know. Archetypes get counter'd a lot, so a rogue deck might end up winning. So it may be a secret deck. Though archetypes are archetypes for a reason. My bet is that it'll be some sort of damage spreader. I'd like to say Flygon EX d but I'm not as sure anymore.

It's a great deck, but you should have saw the starts he got. He got two HORRIBLE starts right in a row in one of his top cut matches. If that happened to me, I'd be soo pissed lol, it's almost as if the deck didn't want him to win :P He's had his trip booked to worlds for like... forever though.
