Electimortar, Heeeeey Electimortar! Well, I opened up my g-mail thing for the first time in forever and saw a ton of subscription mail from Pokebeach, and thought: "I really need to go there and unsubscribe to stuff." So I did, and what to my wondering eyes did appear but Electimortar...

XY What do you think Gen 6's "gimmick" will be?

No one thinks it will have anything to do with Pokemon-Trainer bonds? They seemed to make a big deal of it in the reveal video. You know, moreso than usual. In a series like Pokemon, the idea of making such a thing as bonding with your partners into a functional, practical mechanic seems...

The Legend of Zelda- Skyward Sword

More like, make combat more engaging by discouraging random hacking and encourage well-timed and strategic hits/dodges/moves. If you just sit there are hack away, chances are you won't get anything done, and then you're left tired for a bit while the enemy attacks. You need to think when battling.

    Pikmin (1, 2, 3)

Well, yeah, Pikmin has always been Real Time Strategy, so its only logical to assume Pikmin 3 will be as well. And Wii U was confirmed at E3 2011. And the new colors is just an assumption as well. There will almost undoubtedly be new colors, but nothing has been confirmed at this point...

    Pikmin (1, 2, 3)

When and where was any of this confirmed? I keep a good tabs on all things Nintendo, and to my knowledge virtually nothing has been said about the content/gameplay of the game. And there hasn't even been a screenshot, much less an official logo. Where did the blue flower logo come from...

Zelda: Skyward Sword Delayed until 2012?

I'd say SS is almost certainly coming in 2011. For one, in January the game had almost been finished [Source]. Nearing five months later it can only be closer. And then just recently, in reference to the rest of the Wii's life, Nintendo of UK mentioned that SS is coming this year, with...

Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time for 3DS

Just so you know AadmM, the 3DS could probably handle orchestration. There are some songs already on the DS that were preformed (several Professor Layton songs). I'm pretty sure, anyway :s Though, I certainly don't think it's necessary at all to have orchestration in OoT 3DS. Skyward Sword...

Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time for 3DS

Ohohoho, I am so super excited about this 8D The great thing is that they're not afraid to tinker! Miyamoto himself said he did not want to just slap on 3D graphics and call it a remade game. He said they're enjoying adding new features, as we've already seen from the general interface in...

    (1) Isshu Starter's English Names Revealed! [11/22]

I love these names! Snivy is brilliant, Tehpig is fun, and, well, Oshawott is Oshawott. And I also like the name Unova. Isshu, as lovely as it is, just doesn't sound like a region name to me. Unova, on the other hand, does.

    Kirby's Epic Yarn

Kirby 64 a challenge? Er, maybe to some, but like any Kirby game I've played, its easy to breeze right through it. I nearly completed five worlds in a two hour sitting at a hotel several years ago. You know, when they used to have pay-by-the-hour N64 playtime in most hotels. Or maybe you...

    Sonic Colo(u)rs

It does indeed look amazing, which is downright hilarious considering the relatively lackluster reaction to Sonic 4. After countless years of complaining about 3D Sonic being awful and pleading for a return, a 3D game blows Sonic's 'return' away. Granted, Colors plays a lot like a...

    Kirby's Epic Yarn

Hey, when has a Kirby game not been overly easy and directed at kids? Some people act like it's a new thing to Kirby :s Personally I think the game is utterly fantastic. I've only played the first two levels with someone, but I was having a ball the whole time discovering all the creative...

BW/BW2 What do YOU want from an XD sequel?

Well first off, this is Game Freak we're dealing with here, Zero, not Nintendo. Nintendo spin-offs can most definitely be supported (as you even pointed at with Paper Mario). You mean Game Freak spin-offs. Nintendo only publishes Pokemon games; they have no real hand in development. It's not...

BW/BW2 What do YOU want from an XD sequel?

Another Battle Revolution wouldn't be bad at all, I don't think, if they actually gave it some good treatment. A look at the early trailers for PBR proves that it lost a lot of interesting content in its final stages, probably due to release deadlines or something. So if they were to really...

What Halloween party did You have this year?

I celebrated Halloween by going on a nice evening walk. But not too long after I hurried inside because the sheer number of people milling about made me unbearably nervous. :<

    Games you regret ever buying

Mario and Luigi: Superstar Saga! Or maybe Partners in Time! Those are some of my favorite games ever; such fantastic RPGs D: But hey, to each his own I guess. Worst game purchase? Well, the first one that comes to mind is Yoshi: Touch and Go. Being a huge Yoshi's Island nostalgiac, I...

The Legend Of Zelda Majoras Mask-10th Anniversary

Oh, so much to love about this game.... 8D Majora's Mask is such an amazing game. It was really inventive and fun, and created one of my favorite Zelda game worlds. I loved the whole crazy, surreal, unlimited-by-logic world of Termina and all of the events and characters involved. It's not...

    Professor Layton VS Phoenix Wright

Nope, Layton is modern day too. Either way, the setting for this game is for whatever reason in a Mideval-ish time. I dunno if it's time travel, some kind of alternate universe that both get sucked into, or if the game will even try to explain it. And DNA, I've actually never played...

    Professor Layton VS Phoenix Wright

Yup, it's puzzle solving, but it's also more than that. You've not played one yet, so I understand your hesitance, but like PW, the Professor Layton games revolve mostly around story and characters, just with well-placed puzzles (more specifically, clever and creative brainteasers) constituting...

    Professor Layton VS Phoenix Wright

Oh DNA, don't be such a premature hater. Bashing Layton (and indirectly all games and characters involved) while openly admitting to have never playing a single Layton game, and who said this would bring Phoenix out of 'his little niche'? And how can you declare this a disservice to both...
