    It is pretty bad, but I'm not trying to discourage you. Your outline needs refining. You should also have a lot more contrast. Your shading also lacks refinement and a lightsource. Perspective seems off as well. Finally, save as .png!

    Crystal Hikara has a good grasp of anatomy and dynamics. She really can show a great action pose or idle pose. Her knowledge of shadows and lightsource is also great. She has a great range and good use of colors. My vote goes to her.

    Scratch spriting needs only one tool, the pencil tool. You can get that on any program. I use paint and so do most people.
