Buy boxes if you want the best value. And as far as weighing, most sites are going to scale boosters. It just so happens that in Pokemon it doesn't really matter as most of the good cards aren't even foils.

I play with almost exclusivelly reverse foils. So pretty. :D

I didn't look at your list, but if you're going to play Absol (which I wouldn't recommend in the first place), you should definitely play it with Chatot G, as the SP engine is already there, and it can only really help you.

Running a 1-1 line to do 10 extra damage is bad. It's an interesting idea, but you should invest those slots into more Expert Belts, Crobats, or Plus Powers, if you're all that concerned about hitting little bits of extra damage, imo.

Won't work competitively. Celebi is bad and there are too many good cards that obliterate the strategy. Creative though.

It's not really competitive. Even if you do get the nut and swing with 3 P, you're still doing 90 damage, which is definitely good, but not uberamazing for three. Not to mention you have 90 HP and a Luxray weakness.
