151 was not a high class set it was just a subset, high class sets are the last set of the year and they come usually on december (Shiny Star V, VMAX Climax, VSTAR Universe, Shiny Treasure ex). If it's based on Paradise Dragona it would be like 151, a subset.

There really isn't reason for a special set now. I'd rather they would just keep the "high class" sets like Crown Zenith/Paldean Fates. This feels like a Champion's Path 2.0.
