Was missing No. a legal Pokemon in the tournaments for Pokemon Red and Blue? I know its kind of a dumb question. I was just wondering if the People at the tournament considered it. :P

I agree with all of the above. To put it simple: It is all in the math, the cards you have, and the concentration of cards in your deck. It also depends on what your opponent is playing with. You have to think one step ahead of your opponent as well as of your own deck.

I as well concur with all of the people above me. I believe that it has a imbedded layer of foil placed over the background i have the same "foil" feeling texture on my cradily card that i posted and it was a fake. Please don't waste your monies on a fake card.
