If Professor Kukui is played and an attack ends up doing zero damage, is 20 damage still dealt to the defending Pokemon? One example of an attack doing zero damage here would be flipping all tails on an attack that reads "Flip 4 coins. This attack does 40 times the amount of heads flipped."...
