just early game consistency. Carbink is good vs zororock, vikiray, and decks like that which this deck can struggle with sometimes.

I think it’d behoove you to put in anothe Lele, if you can get your hands on one. 2 Lele is probably the most optimal number for all decks, maybe 3 if you have the space. If you can get the Lele, I’d swap out a Tate and Liza. If not, I’d do -1 Tate and Liza, -1 Metal Energy, -1 Pal Pad, -1 Mt. Coronet, +4 Acro Bike. Why are you using Metal Energy! For Break Buster GX?

You use Metal Energy to synergize with Mt. Coronet and so Genesect isn't a free two prizes.

to use genesect as a last attacker and force a 7 prize game if possible. and i can only run 4 dce, so i may have to use basic energy to power up a final attacker

I saw Azul playing tool drop and he was running lightning energy and koko prism to increase the speed and consistency. Run 4 guzma and you should always be able to get the genesect out of the active

4 Guzma is overkill. I prefer the Metal version until May when we get Dusk Stone for Aegislash stuff.
