I always buy my Yu-Gi-Oh! cards there. I haven't had any problems with them and it is very cheap too. If it is just one card then it doesn't really matter anyway, unless it's very rare.

I still prefer the first two generations. After those the game designers pretty much ran out of inspiration.

RE: In-game Team Rates I would use Electivire for an ingame team, definitely with Gyarados. For Gyarados just an Offensive Dragon Dance set should work fine.
