Salazzle does what heat factory does as a pokemon Ninetails discards 2 energies for its ability. Both required discards of fire energy, hence the amount.

I don't necessarily feel fiery flint is the best use of a trainer but I am considering trading out ninetails for magcargo. Might do a 2-2 and get rid of red.
