That's a good question, but I would think when it BREAK evolves its ability would become active since it is an evolution. Sadly I dont think there is any ruling when it comes to that. :p I understand that but thats why I play 2 Ninetales that have the stadium lock ability.

It's breaking some but my deck revolves around Team Magma's Groudon EX w/ Carbink BREAK and it is somewhat fun and semi-competitive. Gabodor is so good stunning Volcanion EX decks and Shaymin EX and other poke abilities, and Team Magma's Groudon EX highly benefits from Garbodor. I play tested...

As long as you don't play against a Gabodor build deck, it's playable.
