No one seems to know the exact reason. Some have got it in 10 playthroughs, some 20, and some haven't got it despite playing it over 20 (including me!)

RE: Rumors and Speculation I can imagine very few but hopefully not just Sylveon. I mean, I like the idea of maybe only Gen I-IV Mega Evolutions then Gen V Pokémon getting evo's/pre evo's (like Audino pre or evo). I don't know why, I just don't like the thought of none.

Also, raining is constant in battles! I love this! Hopefully other weather conditions continue the trend.
