Your question is a hard one to answer. Any deck is good to play in a tournament. The hard part is knowing what everyone else is going to play. If they're already M Ray and M MewTwo heavy in your area, then I wouldn't play them because it'll just be mirror matches which can be harder to win...

It's hit or miss to be honest, but the benefit of you hit it, slows down your opponent tremendously

I get adding Mr. Mime against Fright Night Yveltal since that deck is becoming more popular (I'm even playing it), but if I was playing against someone who used Mr. Mime, he'd be the first thing I Lysandre to the front to do an easy OHKO with Yveltal EX. I just dont know that Mr. Mime fits in...

Which one? And please explain this one. As far as I see it, Fright Night Yveltal is the best in standard right now.

You need to realize the target audience pokemon is trying to attract with these tins. These tins weren't made for the active competitive TCG player or the collector. These tins were made for the kids who are either getting into pokemon or just like pokemon and want anything that has to do with...

Cutting Garbo does leave you a lot more room for things, like hex. But in the event you run into Volcanion's, unless you have played Hex already, it's almost an auto loss. You'd almost have to run 2-3 hex just to make it as viable as Garbo. Granted I think it can be done, but it's a risk...

Float stones can still work as long as your Yveltal isn't in the active position.

I hear ya that it's cheaper than most decks out there. Probably the cheapest now that NM is gone. I guess I never had much success with Octillery, which is why I chose shaymin over him.

I would love to know how you're getting the energy consitently for T2 hits of 120. The bench pokemon are easy to get on the floor, but how are you consistently getting the energy on Xerneas?

Then I'm affraid you wont be making a top tier DL. If you didnt buy your Xerneas yet, they're going up in price now.

wont work with the current meta. Mew is pointless without dimension valley. It's too slow and now with battle compressor rotated, you'll get KO'd before you can mill their deck down.

Darkrai/Tina/Hammers is alright. I wouldn't say it's a top tier DL just because you have to drop Pokemon to fit hammers in, but it may work as well as Toad/Tina did (minus the whole item lock)

Still running the octillery or have you switched to shaymin? If you're still running octillery, how have you dealt with decks that run Garbo?
