Honestly, i think everyone is overreacting over the situation. I believe Nintendo is justified in what their doing because Black and White was praised for it being a refreshing addition to the pokemon franchise so if it's spoiled then what's the point? I can't believe there wont be any evolutions of past pokemon. Now we're going to have TWO heart-shaped pink fish, TWO four-legged spiders, TWO electric squirrels, and TWO very similar-looking bulls. It's a shame. Luvdisc, pachirisu, and ariados really needed evolutions.

They probably would do it. They can get away with it easily too because most people who play the games don't know they're playing in a region based off an actual place. Besides, the pokemon world is really just a parallel universe.
