  • You DO have a busy life as a fighter and all that, but there are plenty of shortcuts to building a powerful deck if you know where to look! First off, Ebay is your friend. Buying the Pokemon that you need from Ebay will save you a lot of time and money, some really rare Pokemon will naturally be more expensive, but don't worry, you'd spend SOOO much more time trying to fish for such rare Pokemon in booster packs, especially since you'll mostly want 3-4 of your main Pokemon for consistency. Trainer cards are generally the cheapest (except for Pokemon Catcher) and sometimes, a full set of 4 costs less than a single booster pack! 20 Basic Energies of one type cost around 10 dollars. Theme decks give you 2 different energy types, as well as some potentially fairly strong pokemon, along with four of their corresponding Basic stage, but I personally use Ebay for basics as well, since I can be more precise with what I want. I HIGHLY recommend having one Theme Deck though, so that you get you Damage Counters, Flipping Coin, Rulebook, and there are always SOME really strong cards in each Theme Deck, I think.

As for my hobbies, I do running, swimming, weight-training, basketball, video-games, and drawing! I'll get into the details if you really want, but not right now, because I gotta head outside! Good luck, Punchy!!
Heh! A real athlete playing some Pokemon TCG! That's one of the things I love about Pokemon, you can do it at your own pace, and still be passionate about your REAL life along the way!
