I do like Dialga quite a bit. Definately can be used with Ether and lets you dig much deeper with a small Bianca draw. And manipulating your top deck cant ever really be a bad thing.

The thing that Boar has over 'phlosion is the need to only set up one Emboar. You can also use more ReshEX. With Typhlosion you end up having to use more BW reshiram.

I perfer it in my Zebstrika build. It has more HP than tornadus and it can soften things up for Zekrom EX.
