I better start with Mantine to set up Blastoise and Floatzel, when I lose Mantine I can use Twins to take 2 cards from my deck and from that moment I start spreading with Kyurem or sniping with Blastoise. It is possible to start with Kyurem, with it's nice HP and uncommon weakness it can stand...
