I haven't played for 2 years or so and only really play at my local leagues. What decks are viable? Not particularly god tier, but good.

Zekrom's attack for 2 Lightning and 2 normal does 150 at the cost of discarding 2 energy sounds nice with a muscle band doing 170. I wanted to make my old blastoise deluge card have use since I don't want to spend too much money since I'm only playing at a league. Would this be viable?

Can anyone name some? Preferably ones that are mostly made up of XY + cards. BTW don't care if it's top tier or anything I just want something competitive to use at a league.

Its attack Iron Breaker says "The Defending Pokémon can't attack during your opponent's next turn". Does this mean your opponent is shut down from attacking you?
