I also run a deck similar to this. I agree that dragalge does not seem to fit as much as planned. Also it has been said that AZ is good for this, I disagree, for AZ discards sub at and crib at and only gives you crowbat back. So I would make these changes. -1 Gengar (3 should suffice) -1 skrelp...

To add onto the person above, I would also add Team Magnus numel and camerupt to power up camerupt Ex's attack and add Energy switch.

Maybe add Zoroark from breakthrough, reason one for the stand in ability(basically rush in, float stone for retreat.) plus it's mind jack attack isn't that bad. I also agree that Gengar EX is a good addition to this deck.

I played a deck similar to this at Fort Wayne Regionals, I actually dropped eeveeloutions and added sceptile Ex and a 2-2 line of Spinark-Ariados. This included blend energy and 2 fire, 6 grass. Because these two go hand in hand and sceptile virbank can basically one shot everything.

Also the hex maniac would be more hurtful to you, by stopping magnezone and Raikou's abilities. Otherwise nice deck, I have considered building it myself, although I added eeveeloutions also.
