I find it awesome that they're calling it Mega Evolution. No bs, no skirting around it, they are fully and gladly embracing the return of megas. I love this era of the franchise so much!!!!!

They should have done Paldean Fates after Destined Rivals and not less than 5 sets into this era. Jesus, Paldean Fates came out before every gen 9 Pokemon had even been revealed, just to put into perspective just how greedily prematurely that set came out

I wonder if the naming convention going forward is going to be "Mega Evolution: [set name]" (like SV) or "Mega + [word]" (like BREAKthrough and BREAKpoint)

I'm guessing Mega Evolution is the main series name since we've totally dropped the Scarlet & Violet name, so it would probably go Mega Evolution - (set name). Sorta like what they did with the EX series way back in the day. BREAKpoint and BREAKthrough are somewhat oddities, but they did still have the XY series name attached to them!

At least the people talking about Rare Candy rotating will shut up now. It does look like Research will rotate though, which probably means Boss will too.

I believe atm only gust we will have after rotation is the couple ability's and the team rocket supporter. And prime catcher

I see, thought it was going to be like in Japan, where Misty Garden is the last card of the set. Still, 6 import cards, while I think there's 7 cards waiting to be imported? Wonder which's getting left out.

Or prismatic after since that's crown zenith level minus the pull rates. Just add IR's into prismatic, add full arts, 2x the pull rates and now sv ends with a BANG
