Those photos were taken last year. OP was just explaining that in Japan, some driver would drive around with those stickers on the van to basically advertise Pokemon. OP was deducing that perhaps in UK, that bus could be advertising for an upcoming event or product.

People are not very good at explaining it seems, No. The image of the GX card bus was from a year ago, whereas the Pokeball/Pokemon bus is the one currently patrolling the UK.
