Perhaps you might want to make a more detailed opening post, such as show examples of the deck lists you're comparing, and include whether you have the cards for either or both decks? What format are you playing (normal Expanded, or something else)? What's your desired competition level - are you talking about playing in League, in Cups, or in Regionals?

You need to do a bit more work here, if you want good responses. Especially in Expanded, it's very complicated to compare all of the potential matchups - as there are hundreds. What level you're playing at matters a lot, and what is common in the area you're playing (if it's not regional level). From your other posts it looks like you're a Senior? That would be a very valuable thing to include in your post, for example.
I can confidently say that Drampa Garb is not a play. It's a deck that does best in a Special Energy infested meta (Back when Zoroark-GX was THE thing). And right now it's basic Energy acceleration-palooza.
