‘First Partner Collector’s Binder’ Comes in Two Different Versions!

We now have photos of the “First Partner Collector’s Binder,” which releases on February 26th! Thanks goes to Gr33nB34NZ for the photos!

The binder costs $9.99, holds 30 jumbo cards, and comes with a Pikachu jumbo card. The stamp on Pikachu is foil (unlike the McDonald’s promos).

However, there will also be a version from Target that comes with three booster packs — Steam Siege, Rebel Clash, and Vivid Voltage. This version costs $19.99 and has a different UPC and product code. None of TPCi’s press materials have mentioned this version because it’s a store-exclusive.

As posted before, eight “First Partner Packs” will release throughout the year for each generation of Starter Pokemon. Each pack will retail for $9.99 and contain three jumbo cards and two regular booster packs. They will be sold at stores and Pokemon Center’s website:

• May 7, 2021: Pokémon TCG: First Partner Pack (Kalos)

• July 9, 2021: Pokémon TCG: First Partner Pack (Sinnoh)
• Aug. 6, 2021: Pokémon TCG: First Partner Pack (Hoenn)
• Sept. 3, 2021: Pokémon TCG: First Partner Pack (Johto)
• Oct. 8, 2021: Pokémon TCG: First Partner Pack (Kanto)
• (It seems they’re leading up to the 25th anniversary set in the fall.)
