McDonald’s Pokemon TCG Promotion Begins Next Month, Full Card List!

This year’s McDonald’s Pokemon promotion will take place from August 9th to September 26th!

Each Happy Meal will come with a 4-card promo pack, a TCG coin, and a “Match Battle” spinner toy. The coins and toys will feature Pikachu, Growlithe, Smeargle, Victini, Rowlet, and Gossifleur.

This year’s McDonald’s set will feature 15 reprinted cards from sets going as far back as 2021’s Shining Fates:

  1. Ledyba
  2. Rowlet
  3. Gossifleur
  4. Growlithe
  5. Victini
  6. Lapras
  7. Pikachu
  8. Chinchou
  9. Flaaffy
  10. Tynamo
  11. Cutiefly
  12. Bewear
  13. Pangoro
  14. Drampa
  15. Smeargle

The cards will be printed on the special confetti holofoil paper used for all past McDonald’s sets.

Last year’s McDonald’s promotion caused quite a frenzy due to the surge in the TCG’s popularity during the pandemic. Most stores put a limit on how many Happy Meals fans could purchase and did not allow the Pokemon toys to be sold separately like in previous years. The same should apply this year.
